The Wiggles are one of Australia’s most successful recording artists and I just happen to have a target audience under five or six.
Yes that’s right those catchy and sometimes annoying tunes that you can’t get out of your head have brought hours of enjoyment, dancing and fun to millions of youngsters. The four original wiggles were primary school teachers (and actually in a successful pop band The Cockroaches) before turning their hand to kids entertainment.
Their shows have some educational value with safety messages, and simple early learning concepts such as colours, numbers etc
The Wiggles might not be your cup of tea but there is no doubting they had the mark for young kids and have brought joy the world over.
