Video Playlist for a Kids Party

0

I needed to play 30 mins of video for dancing and singing for a 4 year old’s party ….  so I jumped on youtube and created a playlist.  Its not perfect but I tried to hunt for a non-offensive version of the videos and I threw in 3 participation dances or activities … the Macarena, The Chicken Dance and Limbo for some party fun!

Playing it on the TV!

Many TV’s allow you to play youtube playlists or plug your tablet or computer in but I needed to have it wireless for various reasons.

So I then went to the Youtube app on the TV (it had one) and then went to search. It prompted me to PAIR my laptop or mobile with the TV so I did. That meant going to https://youtube.com/pair on the computer and typing in a number from the TV screen.

After that I could play the videos on my laptop and choose to ‘transmit it’ to the TV.

Too easy! and I thought I should share the playlist too 🙂

Playing it on YOUtube

Being a mum to 3 kids (one of them full time at home with me) and trying to juggle everything became pretty crazy.
