Lunch Box Treats For a Time Poor Mum

0

Our lunchboxes can get very repetitive. We can get stuck in the lunchbox rut. The only thing that saves me is our freezer full of quick to grab, quick to make, delicious wholefood snacks. Time has become a luxury very few of us can afford, that is why it is imperative that anything I make needs to be more convenient than a trip to the shops. Everything I am sharing with you today takes minutes to make and is jam packed full of nutrients. All of these recipes are so unbelievably good that the only part requiring work is keeping your hands off them long enough to get them into the lunch box. I will take up no more of your precious time; let’s jump to the good bits.

New Picture (1)I am sure you are all aware of the store bought version; can someone please tell me why they are in the health food aisle? Our little Apricot Bits are exploding with sweet fruits and buttery coconut; a perfect match. We have a batch of these in the fridge at all times.[/one_half][one_half_last]

New Picture (2)Our insanely divine Two Ingredient Caramel Fudge can be made with or without nuts. Both versions are dangerously moreish. We store this in the freezer, no need to wait for it to defrost, just tuck straight in![/one_half_last] [one_half]

Healthy Brownie Bites! Can it get any better! I love feeding these to my kids, they think they are having party food and their faces fill with joy. So full of goodness you can serve them up for breakfast[/one_half] [one_half_last]

Who doesn’t love Coconut Rough? This is every bit as good as the Nestle Golden Rough you no doubt recall feasting on as a child, it was always found right next to the mint patties – perhaps they should be our next creation![/one_half_last]

I hope we have brightened up your lunch box and saved you some valuable time; we always have new creations to share. Be sure to check us out at www.wholefoodsimply.com and join us on facebook as Wholefood Simply. Here’s to happy snacking and free time!

Being a mum to 3 kids (one of them full time at home with me) and trying to juggle everything became pretty crazy.
