4 Step Milo Balls

0

My son is Milo crazy! So when I heard about Milo Balls I had to give them a go.

As you can appreciate, they’re an “occasional” food – but they are absolutely delicious.

There is no baking required and the kids will particularly like being involved in crushing the biscuits!

Ingredientsmilo

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons of Milo
1 packet of milk arrowroot biscuits, crushed
Desiccated coconut, to coat

Method

Step One
Crush the biscuits until they are fine crumbs. This works well in a food processor if you have one. Alternatively, place them in a strong zip lock bag and get the kids to hit and roll them with a rolling pin.

Step Two
In a large bowl, mix together the Milo, crushed biscuits and condensed milk.

Step Three
Roll the mixture into small balls and then roll in the desiccated coconut to coat.
Tip: it helps if your hands are damp when rolling the mixture into balls.

Step Four
Lay flat on a tray and refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until firm.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Makes approx. 25 balls.

Enjoy!
