If you haven’t given this one a go its definitely one of the easiest cakes ever. Top with some ice-cream for a nice winter dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 tb self-raising flour
- 4 tb milo
- 4 tb sugar
- 4 tb milk
- 4 tb oil
- 1 beaten egg
Method
1. Add all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
2. Add the wet ingredients to same bowl and mix
3. Heat in microwave for 2.5 mins (2 mins 30 secs)
