As a final wrap up to my Dubai trip I felt like I saved the best till last haha.   As a fun little adventure I thought I would take my travel hula hoop along with me to have a bit of hula hoop fun Dubai style.  I bedazzled it specifically for the trip because there is nothing quite like a brand new shiny hoop!!

People often ask me about hula hooping and why I do it, and say how they could never do it as an adult.  Well what y’all should know is that most people attempt to hula hoop with smallish hoops as they think  the smaller they are the easier it is.  This is NOT true.  The bigger the hoop, the better as it’s easier to hoop around your body.

So if you feel inspired to get your hoop on after seeing my fun little video, make sure you find yourself the biggest hoop possible (3m circumference is a good size for most adults).  If you can’t find one to buy then you can make one yourself from blueline water pipe you buy from any hardware store (just a tip 😉

Below is a little video I put together of my journey hula hooping through Dubai.

One other great thing I got to do in Dubai which I unfortunately was not able to hula hoop on was take a seaplane with Seawings Seaplane Tours over Dubai to get a bird’s eye view of the city.

Below are a series of images showcasing how amazing the city looks when flying over it and some of the infrastructure and design.

I hope you have enjoyed my Dubai posts and felt like you got a good glimpse into what holidaying with your family would look like in Dubai.

Being a mum to 3 kids (one of them full time at home with me) and trying to juggle everything became pretty crazy.
